Digital discipleship
Students already live online. Discipleship has to reach them there, with habits of prayer, honesty, and charity that hold up in a group chat as well as a chapel.
The Acutis Project
Free, Catholic, classroom-ready books and tools that help students from preschool to college meet technology and AI with dignity, conscience, communion, and wonder.
41 books · 5 anchor strands · 6 grade bands · always free for educators
Why it matters
Students already live online. Discipleship has to reach them there, with habits of prayer, honesty, and charity that hold up in a group chat as well as a chapel.
Every person bears the image of God. No follower count, filter, or model output can measure a dignity that is given, not earned. That truth anchors every lesson we publish.
From Antiqua et Nova (2025) on the relationship between artificial and human intelligence to the social encyclicals, the Church has a rich, hopeful word on technology. We translate it for every grade.

BrowseOur namesake
Carlo Acutis (1991–2006) was a teenager from Milan who taught himself to code and used it to build a website cataloguing Eucharistic miracles from around the world. He loved video games, kept his screen time to an hour a week, served the poor in his neighborhood, and went to daily Mass. He called the Eucharist his "highway to heaven." He died of leukemia at fifteen, was beatified in 2020, and was canonized by Pope Leo XIV on September 7, 2025, the first saint of the millennial generation.
Carlo is proof that a young person can master technology without being mastered by it. That is exactly the formation this project exists to offer. Every book and tool here is built in his spirit: originals, not photocopies.
"All people are born as originals, but many die as photocopies."
